We have key goals in our communication to our visitors. As part of our mission to appreciate the value that animals have in our human world is to build the bond between pet and animal whether that pet is one that is fostered, adopted or just admired from afar. One of those key goals is that you realize that many rescues or fosters don't come without having experienced some pain or neglect. This is not always the case.
